Our 15 all en-suited bedroomed, family run hotel offers excellent accommodation and a fantastic location. Fully refurbished for 2005 season, Lesley and Barry offer a warm welcome to guests - quality and care assured.

Our hotel is located within easy walking distance of Blackpool's main attractions with tram and bus stops opposite the hotel on the promenade. Blackpool's railway station and airport are both within easy reach. We are just a short distance from Blackpool town centre and also the World Famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Complex.

All our bedrooms are ensuite, arranged on two floors. Tea and coffee making facilities, remote control colour televisions are provided in all rooms. Every bedroom has central heating with thermostatic control valves and double glazing. Some bedrooms have sea views and we also have family rooms available with sea views.
